Payment

We accept payments by most credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) via Stripe payment system.

We also accept payments by Paypal.

We also accept payment by Clearpay. Clearpay enables you to pay in four fortnightly payments interest free. The first payment is taken at the time of purchase. This payment method is available on purchases up to £1000 to UK customers only over the age of 18. To pay using Clearpay select the payment option at checkout. We use a secure host with high level encryption to protect your credit card details. If you prefer you are more than welcome to place an order over the telephone.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or Exchange for stock items. For stock items We offer a hassle free size exchange service as well as design exchange or a refund if you prefer, as long as the piece is returned in new, unworn condition and in its original box.

Much love, labour and materials go into Custom Made (Bespoke, Customized and Made to Order) pieces so we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation on customised pieces.

Sample Sale and Ready to Ship! items are refundable or can be exchanged for a different design but cannot be returned for a size exchange.

Payment Plan / Layaway / Layby

We would love for you to attain the jewellery of your dreams even if it means you desire something that?? may be outside of your budget. We can help you by offering flexible payment plans. You decide over how many weeks/months you would like to make payments and how much you would like each payment to be.

If you do proceed with a payment plan then we set up a Paypal invoice that allows you to make partial payments as little and often as you like. All you need to do is to have a Paypal account and provide us your Paypal email address.

We start making your jewellery once you have paid 50% of the balance so that your order is ready for shipping very soon after payment completion.
