What is your return policy?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within the period commencing when the contract comes into force and ending 30 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below).
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you of our return instructions.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item. Please note that we do not refund any additional services such as expedited shipping or gift wrapping nor do we refund any relevant country specific customs charges. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item to us in advance.
We recommend using a tracked and insured method of shipping to cover you for loss or damage in transit. If you choose an non-tracked and uninsured method then any loss or damage to the item is at your own risk.
Please note the following Terms of Return:
Stock Items: We offer a 30 day returns policy for a size exchange, design exchange or refund as long as our jewellery is returned in new re-saleable, unworn condition and with tags (if applicable) remaining intact. For the Christmas period we extend our returns policy. So for all stock items purchased between 1st November and 24th December 2019 you have until 31 January 2020 to return your order for a refund or exchange.
Bespoke/Customised/Personalised Orders: Much love, labour and materials go into making jewellery to your requirements, so bespoke, custom made pieces and unique and personal gemstone combinations can be extremely hard or impossible to resell. We are unable to offer a refund or cancellation on these. Likewise any other personalisation, such as engraving, is non-returnable and non-refundable
Sample Sale & Ready To Ship Items: Occasionally we offer some of our samples to our customers at greatly reduced prices in our Sample Sale. These items are usually only available in very limited numbers and in select sizes. Sample Sale and Ready To Ship items are refundable or can be part-exchanged for a different design within 30 days of purchase, but are not resizeable or exchangeable for a different size.
We will only accept an item for return if it is returned in the same condition in which you received it i.e. new and unworn and in it’s original box. We will not accept any items that have been altered by another Jeweller, e.g. resizing, stone replacement or engraving. If you do not inform us of any modifications prior to returning an item or it is clear that the item has been worn for a length of time, we reserve the right to ship the item back to you or deduct a cost from your order.
