We are very pleased to offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders. This is always tracked and insured.

For items in stock we aim to have your order ready for shipping within 1-2 working days.
Next Day Delivery is available on many pieces. Please check individual listings which will be in blue text under the Design No.

For customized orders we normally require 5-10 working days to make, test and polish your design ready for shipping.

• For UK customers we post using Royal Mail either Special Delivery, Tracked24 and Tracked48 delivery all of which are a tracked and insured method
• For Delivery to Europe we use DHL or Royal Mail
• For Delivery to USA & Canada we use FedEx or DHL

Please do note that all taxes and duties incurred once the shipment has reached its destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries will arrive with the relevant customs declaration showing a description and value of the enclosed item/s. If the item is intended as a surprise we are always happy to deliver to an alternative address that you can add to your account prior to ordering.
